Easy AS Chocolate Avo Mousse

*Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Egg Free, Raw, Paleo Friendly, Vegan

Ingredients:

  • 500g perfectly ripe avocado flesh (about 2-3 large avocados, Reed Avocados are massive so you’ll probably only need two if using these)
  • 200g coconut cream (half a large can)
  • 35g (⅓ cup) organic unsweetened cocoa powder (or more if you like a richer chocolate flavour)
  • 1 tsp. organic vanilla bean paste
  • 2 – 4 tbsp Natvia or preferred sweetener, to taste

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. (TM – 10 sec/Speed 4 , scrape and increase to speed 6 for 20 sec more)
  2. Divide into parfait glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve garnished with fresh berries, walnuts and coconut (or whatever takes your fancy really!)
