Iced Latté Protein Shake

*Sugar Free, Gluten Free, *Dairy Free option


  • 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or use plain and add ½ tsp of pure vanilla extract)
  • ¼ cup (60g) Jalna vanilla yogurt (*Dairy free option – use coconut cream and a bit more vanilla)
  • 2 handfuls of ice (small cubes are best)
  • 4 scoops (or approx. 70g) of 100% Whey Protein Isolate (*Dairy free option – use a plant-sourced powder such as pea or hemp protein)
  • 2 x double shot of espresso (the better the quality, the better the shake!)
  • 2-4 tsp. Natvia or sweetener of choice, optional (If you are using a sweetened protein powder you can probably leave it out altogether)



  1. Make your coffee and allow it to cool. If you don’t have that kind of time, use more ice!
  2. Blend all ingredients together at high speed until well combined.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Enjoy!!
