Pandan Piña Colada Protein Shake

Gluten-Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free and Vegan (option)

Serves 2

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g ice  (small cubes or crushed)
  • 180ml unsweetened pineapple juice (or fresh pineapple pieces  for more texture)
  • 100ml coconut cream (or milk)
  • 2-3 drops of Pandan essence
  • 1 scoop (10g) chia seeds
  • 200ml coconut water (or just water)
  • 2 x 30g scoops protein powder (I used a vanilla whey protein powder but use a plant-sourced protein powder for a dairy free/vegan/paleo option)
  • 1 tbsp.  glutamine powder (optional – I just added due to my chronic DOMS!)

 

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth

Serve Immediately!
